This policy explains how we process the personal data you send us by filling in the forms on this site (creator application or collaboration request), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Davide Consolati (Trippie). For any request regarding your data you can write to hello@trippie.it.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily enter in the site forms, including:
- first and last name;
- email and phone number;
- postcode;
- links to your social profiles and portfolio;
- roles, gear and the message you send us.
3. Why we process the data
We use this data solely to assess your application or request, get back to you and manage any collaboration. We do not use it for other purposes and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the relevant box before submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@trippie.it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. How and where we store the data
Data submitted through the forms is saved on Google Sheets and handled through Google services (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), acting as data processor. Data may also be stored on servers located outside the European Union, subject to the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
6. How long we keep the data
We keep the data for as long as needed to assess and manage your request and, in case of collaboration, for the duration of the relationship. You can ask for its deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion or restriction, object to processing and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights write to hello@trippie.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy over time: the most recent version is always the one published on this page, with the date of last update.
